Dehydrating Garlic – How To Do It And What To Do With It

If you have a dehydrator like I do, dehydrating garlic is an incredibly easy process. The biggest issue is how to peel it and slice it.
In the video below, I will cover ideas for how to peel it quickly and how to slice it without losing a finger tip (like I did. Ouch!).

- Soups and stews
- Seasoning meats
- Sprinkling over your morning toast
- Use it just like you would use regular garlic using the conversion chart above.
