How To Make Garlic Powder

Garlic powder is fabulous stuff. And while I love fresh garlic, it just doesn’t do the job that garlic powder does for me. In fact I would be willing to say that it’s a pretty rare occasion when I cook without it. But even the Costco sized stuff can’t compare to the flavor that homemade garlic powder imparts. It’s a truly, intense garlic flavor that the store bought varieties can never hope to achieve.

What’s more, it’s super easy to make! Click the link below for a conversion chart between dry (garlic powder) and fresh garlic.
